REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

I offer document drafting, consulting and advice the following matters: preparation or amendment of sales contracts (with comprehensive loan and CSOK administration advice), gift and exchange contracts, construction and building contracts, rental agreements, usage agreements, establishment of condominiums, and advisory and legal representation in disputes relating to these contracts. In relation to property management, my practice includes drafting lease contracts, resolving disputes arising in the course of the lease, and settling claims relating to condominium or utility providers.

COMPANY LAW, COMPANY PROCEEDINGS

My practice covers a wide spectrum of corporate law, from establishing simple companies (e.g. limited liability company, limited partnership, joint-stock company), through to full change registration procedures, to liquidation, including membership matters and disputes. I have in-depth knowledge of very specialised company procedures, such as the establishment of a Hungarian branch office or subsidiary of a foreign company, the establishment of a financial organisation, assistance in establishment or transformation of cross-border companies and the establishment of a European Economic Interest Grouping.

FAMILY LAW, INHERITANCE LAW

I believe that many legal disputes in this area could be avoided through prevention; in my experience, it is often the lack of information and communication, as well as incorrect assumptions that widely believed by the public, that lead to lawsuits.
I undertake the following assignments in relation to family law: drafting marriage and partnership property agreements, matrimonial lawsuits, settling parental custody rights, preparing maintenance and alimony contracts, guardianship and trusteeship proceedings, and facilitating adoption.

IMMIGRATION, CITIZENSHIP AND NATIONALITY MATTERS

I provide assistance to third-country nationals in the following matters: Consultation, legal advice, procedures related to obtaining official documents, representation before the competent authority, procedures related to the permanent residence of third-country nationals, procedures related to permits for EEA citizens and their third-country family members, procedures related to the long-term residence of third-country nationals.

DEBT ENFORCEMENT, INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS, LITIGATION

I offer legal representation for both debtors and creditors in relation to claims arising from civil law cases, including legal advice, validation of civil law contracts, taking the legal steps necessary for the recovery of contractual claims, in particular preliminary conciliation, drafting of letters of formal notice, and also the conduct of order for payment proceedings, litigation and enforcement proceedings. I also provide full legal representation in bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings.
