ATTORNEY RÓZSA BODA

I graduated from the University of Debrecen’s School of Law in 2010. I trained as a candidate lawyer in a law firm under the supervision of Attorney Bálint Halmos. With an international - mainly Italian - clientele, the law firm covered a very wide range of practice areas, giving me the opportunity to gain considerable experience in a truly dynamic, goal-oriented work environment.

After passing the bar exam, as a member of the Chamber of Attornies of Budapest, I founded my own law firm in 2015, which deals with the following areas of law: real estate transactions, real estate management, construction contracts, sales contracts, credit and security contracts, lease contracts, business and company law, establishment of financial organizations, company procedures, legal representation in public procurement procedures on the bidder's side, immigration and citizenship cases, claim enforcement, litigation, European payment orders, insolvency proceedings (bankruptcy, liquidation) notarial procedures, inheritance, and family law cases.

In 2020, I qualified as a tender writer and project manager.
I represent clients in both English and Italian, and I have a high level of legal linguistic expertise in these foreign languages.
Professionally, I take an objective and pragmatic approach, yet I am patient and empathetic to my client's needs. I strive to find the best solutions and outcomes for my clients.
